This is incorrect. The West Asian component which causes Italians and Greeks to cluster on the edge of Europe is ancient Anatolian farmer admixture, not recent Moorish/Ottoman.
Not denying that there might be a 1-5% recent MENA admixture but it's not the main reason for that massive genetic distance from Icelanders.
