Did you know that Landlords and realtors make more money with subsidized housing as it is a guaranteed income from the state, they can charge whatever they want, and they do, causing rents and home prices to skyrocket, pushing white people from their neighborhoods then realtors (or the government) come in to buy the land and the properties, tear town all existing construction and build townhomes, commie blocks, or condos which they subsidize and get more guaranteed income from the state and that these policies harm poor whites more than anyone else because they're usually not given as many gibs as minorities and that the current mode of "Affordable housing" is just another real estate scam
