It's mostly blue collar wagies. They aren't smart enough to study any topic in depth so they end up repeating 5-10 nahtzee talking points for the entirety of their lives.
It's actually surprisingly easy to catch them and make them vote for you.

Except that the graph you are showing does not show education being a factor.
The point of using education is also moot because you count as educated as long as you have ANY degree, including gender studies.
Kids these days don't go to uni because they're smart or elite, they go to uni because they don't have a clue what it is they want to do.
One could also argue the opposite and say that actually hard-working people vote right, whereas the ones who are generally wealthier and without much hardship in life vote left.
Using education as a metric to make any statement about anything is absolutely braindead and disingenuous.
