Why don't the shills want to talk about Birthright Citizenship?
Is it because they know they are LOSING in the greatest constitutional debate in American History? And that's not hyperbole either, this literally will RETROACTIVELY decide who is and is not a citizen. Hint: It wont apply to illegals and their offspring going back to July 9th, 1868!!

Trumps Executive Order on Birthright Citizenship goes into effect 26 days from now and will apply to anyone born to an illegal migrant from February 20th, 2025 onwards. This applies in ANY state or district that does not have an active state or district level injunction already in place which is 28 out of 50 states.

The merits of the Birthright Citizenship case will be ruled on in October and the shitskind don't have the votes!

SCOTUS rulings on constitutional questions are RETROACTIVE dating back to the date in which the Amendment was Ratified which would be July 9th, 1868 for the 14th Amendment!

Ivana and Melania were both noncitizens when they gave birth to Trump's dysgenic spawn. Retroactively ending birthright would mean Trump's entire family gets deported.

Good, so that means you support ending it for illegals and temporary visa holders, right?

The only exception are the children of Permanent Resident Card Holders A.K.A the Green Card.

I am not talking about Trump, I am talking about how the order will be interepreted constitutionality.

SCOTUS precedent in Wong Kim Arc states that Permanent Residents are protected under the 14th Amendment thus Two Green Card Holders = Citizen Baby while Two Illegal Parents = No Ciitzen and One Illegal parent = No Citizen and Two Legal Parents = Yes Citizen

no it absoluetly would apply to one legal parent this is never been in question and would make zero sense as technically you are making a child with zero citizenship then and would negate the literal reason nations bestow the ability for its citizens to produce populations without having to apply them for citizenship

the scenario has never been in question.
Anonymous (ID: vVesfgjI) United States No.509069846 [Report] >>509069981
>>509069646
This scenario has always been in question at least since 1866. It would not matter if they were married because if Trump married her before he starting having offspring with her because she would have been a Green Card Holder as she would have had a sponsor for it and it would have been relatively easy for her to get one. Green Card Holders are protected under the 14th amendment thanks to precedent set by The United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898)

She did have her greencard before she started popping out kids, right?

Nothing burger, one can buy an American gold card for $5M. If it ever becomes the case where the citizenship of one of Trump’s children is in question, they can always result to this.

the green card issue is null when you have one legal parent if I fuck a and have a child with women that is illegal and the child is born HERE is will automatically have US citizenship based on jus sanguinis
again as long as it was BORN HERE

Wrong, a single illegal taints the entire line going back when the 14th Amendment was ratified which was July 9th, 1868

no retard, like in most countries if one parent is a citizen, the child is a citizen.
if both parents are there illegally or on a visa, it's definitely not automatic.

A single drop of illegal blood taints the entire batch.

no nigger the 14th amendment was only ever a issue because of situations of illegals and people who did not posses citizenship.

you are literally retarded making up a question no one has asked or debated

a built in priviledge of being a ctizen is my children inherit my citizenship via jus sanguinis

BUT as the other anon said you can BUY citizenship with the Gold Card which is 5 Million dollars a piece.

I don't think that's in the Constitution.
Anonymous (ID: vVesfgjI) United States No.509070394 [Report]

I don't recall reading that either.
Maybe the anon can point me towards where it says that in the US Constitution?
Anonymous (ID: Q4QRLdWx) United States No.509070640 [Report]
>>509070340
>jus sanguinis
Yes, children can acquire citizenship through jus sanguinis, or "right of blood," if one or both of their parents are legal citizens of a particular country, regardless of where the child is born. This principle means that nationality is determined by the nationality of one or both parents, and it can apply even if the parents are part of a diaspora and were not themselves citizens of the country conferring citizenship.

its a nationality law that has been practiced since the founders and predates the consitution

It's also worth noting that if your bloodline is tainted because your great-great-great grandfather raped an indian and you are a descendant from that native American woman that technically you can deported to any other country on the planet for being tainted and impure.

This is thanks to the recent SCOTUS ruling on the ability for the US Government to deport individuals into what they call "Third-Party Countries" places like El Salvador but it doesn't have to El Salvador or even to a prison they could just deport you to Sudan which you have no familial roots to because of your disgusting, impure, offensive blood.

Only those who can trace their lineage unbroken to before 1866 should be allowed to be US Citizens.

no the 14th amendment has nothing to do with children of a natural born legal citizen.

literally nothing in the discussion scotus has ever has on the subject calls this into question
Anonymous (ID: vVesfgjI) United States No.509071645 [Report] >>509073161
>>509070879
Yes it does
It specifically states
>Subject to the jurisdiction thereof
illegals are not subject to the full and whole jurisdiction of the United States of America otherwise they wouldn't be called illegals, they would be called something like Permanent Residents or just Citizens.

A single illegal taints the entire lineage.
