Apparently if a white American citizen own 10 acres of land it no longer belongs to the "American people" because it is private, but if the government own 10 million acres it is all owned by the "American people" even tho no one can live on it.

Not true, you can live on a lot of it provided no permanent dwellings are built
Even pic related was able to built a hut on national forest, live on it for two+ years, and not get kicked out even after being investigated and interviewed by the FBI
