theres a great game called kingdom: two crowns. Its minimalist, atmospheric, and has great replay value. When i say that they were coming out with a new game based in the 80s i picked it up. Its literal garbage. The main character is a mullato, the secondary characters are a black, a mexican, and a chinese. The only white character in the game is the race mixing mother of the main character. The gameplay is dumbed down. Its not replayable at all. When i got to the end credits i saw what the problem was. SweetBaby consulted and wrote the dialogue for it. They destroyed another franchise.

One of my wildest dreams was to make an Xcom-like game set in fascist Italy, in which the player is tasked by the Duce himself to organize and direct a secret task force that has to prevent cultists from causing the end of the world as we know it by evoking a plethora of different eldritch abominations from beyond space and time. Axis personnel would be depicted as categorically in the right and heroic, while the bad guys would turn out to be all communists, kikes and Allied officers. Already underfunded and understaffed at the start of the game, in 1931, things would get harder and harder as WWII starts and drags on. But who would have the balls to publish and distribute a game with such a plot? Nobody would, no matter if it's shit or a master piece.
