>>509076924 (OP)Really depends on what actually happens to the economy. Despite claims of immediate collapse following tariffs, not much has actually happened to the average american. The BBB might do something and any potential interest rate change might do something too. So far Trump has been surprisingly good at stopping forgein chaos by now stopping (possibly temporarily for israel/Iran) 2 flare ups while still having the ukraine/Russia, which despite him failing on stopping that in his self-imposed time frame was a conflict that actually is publicly popular to keep going (surprisingly, and possibly due to Russia's retardation). The ICE and immigration issue is already proven to be popular in favor of Trump, and really all that is left domestically is scandals and BBB having any direct consequence (which, like the claim about tariffs destroying everyone, may also be an exaggeration). Any guess is way too far out, as especially what is going on in New York with a democratic party civil war may impact things as well.
>>509077338The problem was that it was the scare, not him already doing it. Remember in 2022 that Republicans managed to do better than expected (but worse than advertised) even though the abortion issue was a major push against them. Maybe if the BBB passes which does a soft Obamacare repeal the same even will occur.
