I rented my house out to this young Pakistani couple who seemed totally normal at first…

checked their references, everything looked legit. Fast forward a few months and I go to check on the place and it’s an absolute disaster. Trash everywhere, doors off the hinges, broken windows… like, they straight up destroyed the place. But the worst part? They literally smeared feces on the bathroom walls and even in a damn closet. Like what the actual hell? Who does that?? I’m still in shock. Spent so much money trying to fix everything and it still smells kinda weird. Never renting again.
