I've told muslims that the best thing they could possibly do is unlearn western languages, and completely embargo everything western, to shield themselves from it. It's going to come fuck them in the ass if they don't.

Lol in the case of Levantine countries at least I can tell you a very small minority actually marries more than one wife and the maximum amount of children they have is 5 usually.

I do want to say though that from what I've seen when a couple has a lot of children, it's likely cause they kept trying for a male child. Like 4 out of their 5 children are female.
The reason is to continue muh lineage and name.
