They are THE WORST people to work with. Worked with two, they were not retarded but not good at their jobs, I had to pick up the slack as we work in teams. I realized how much a smile and being nice works as I'm not very social, they were and the manager loved them and gave them breaks for big mistakes the delayed publication. I just can't really fake being happy or overly nice, they were eventually let go but way later than they should have been and only after we got a new manager

Jeetlings are essentially the Skaven. Out of about 40 of them. Almost none of them have any form of elective hobby and are obsessed with wealth. Even the laziest White guy is more competent and far more enjoyable to be around.

Indians that grew up in the country during Indian low tide are generally more competent, easy going. But they all hate the new crop. But even of this group atleast half of them never got out of their broken English phase despite never living in India.

Most Jeetas have a subtle sexual tension to them where you know they want it. But outside of work they all get locked in their basements.

When I was in undergrad studying chemistry I worked in an Indian professor's lab as an assistant, and all his grad students were jeets as well. My impression of them was that they worked hard but not very smart, as long as someone else was paying attention to them. If not they would cut corners, pass samples if they made a mistake instead of redoing it, and other shit like that. The guy would get pissed and make them fix it, if he noticed, but he never took formal action against them like he should have. Then they'd learn nothing and do it again. Similar impression of my jeet classmates, but at least I never had to rely on them so it bothered me less. They were also all weirdly inept when it came to actual wet work, like to the point of senior undergrads struggling to do successfully perform high school lab level tasks like setting up a condenser. Our TA delegated babysitting them to me a couple of times.

I'm a grad student now and I'm very happy my advisor and all the other students I actually interact with now are White.

They only even bother to feign respect if you’re in a higher position. They have such a Boss/servant mentality that seeps into everything. Worst people to deal with in the professional setting.

Reminder that Indians in Japan don't usually do the manual low skilled work because that requires basic Japanese conversational skills to be able to speak managers etc..., whereas office workers in Japan tend to have a better grasp of English (especially IT sectors).

The lower skilled manual work is done by Chinese and South East Asians because there are facilities in those countries that teach basic Japanese to migrant workers, and immigration from these countries for low skilled labour is magnitudes greater than the equilavent from South Asia. India itself isn't even a country listed under the technical intern visa program. In India that entire system is geared towards Singapore and the Middle East, so you rarely get any Indians coming to Japan for low skilled work.

That's why it is rare to hear about Indian crime gangs in the same vein as Vietnamese etc... stealing agricultural produces.

I work in IT and have worked with many jeets over the years.
My observation is that only a select few are worth a shit and actually know wtf they are doing. The vast majority are larpers, and fuck shit up all the time.
Like the chinaman says, "It's all so tiresome"... and only getting worse.
If you're thinking about getting into IT, focus on a degree in statistics, analytics, actuarial or data science. Stay far away from anything that requires you to code, help desk or customer support.

Working with them? Not much. Though I've known a good number and here's what I've been able to find.
The women are utterly fed the fuck up with their men. You would not find a more racist-against-Indians person on the planet than a jeet woman who has grown up around Indian men. To them, they are all violently misogynistic, rapey, repulsive, unhygienic, subhuman vermin, and every single one I've known wants to marry a tall white guy, or at the very least someone with light skin. They prefer white guys because they aren't going to beat the shit out of them and make them cook roti for a lifetime. In their eyes, white guys are nice folks who will buy them flowers, take them to the movies, and be considerate lovers in bed. Part of it also might be that Indian culture favors lighter skin and they want their kids to inherit that, but who knows.
Indian guys know this, and half the time it turns them into near-homicidal incels who think that white guys are "stealing all the women". White guys with any women makes them mad enough, but seeing them with an Indian gal gets them seeing red every single time.
And no, this isn't some sort of BWC cuckshit fucky porn thing either, it's a serious cultural problem because their men are so unbelievably foul.

I never do because I work stuff that's pretty manual labor heavy, and you'll never see jeets doing that because they aren't capable. There aren't enough computer programming jobs or whatever the fuck the "need" for them is for Indians to even be here.
