Im a rageaholic. Im an angry and bitter person. My dad is one and so was his dad and allegedly so was my great grandfather. Its in my blood. I am getting worsr and worse as time goes on. Its not a happy way to live but at least I learned how to use the rage in the gym..

My dad was angry too, and so was his dad. It was not fun but we both trauma bonded over it and now we’re cool

I tried it once. Never again. My therapist got fired and the director of the clinic personally apologized to me and told me that I got really unlucky. I’m sure I did, but I’ll never try again
