what's the catch on this Hillbilly Haven?
why the major price drop? Is it about to slide down the hill and into the street?
sure the steep driveway and narrow street is less than ideal for a household with lots of people with their own cars, but I sorta like a house that is above the road.
does it smell like there was 20 cats living in it, when in fact it was never more than 16 at any one time?
Town does have Community Center and Black History Museum, but seems solid.
Clinton spoke there :), then a few years later the big steel mill closed and a few thousand people lost their jobs in a town of 20,000. :(
