Given the formula of Marxist and it's theories, it's plainly obvious that none of its promises will be met.

It's even more clear that most of these promises are not made by Marc or engels but anarcho socialist types who assign meaning to his work that isn't there

For instance a compilation of public services and state capitalism. It is assumed by the socialist base these needs will be met but Marx and Engels simply critique the lack of them, they do not promise better public services, just the opposite to the keen eye.
