It's nice to know my heart rate, breathing rate, blood-oxygen levels, daily steps, the weather, my GPS coordinates, my stress levels, the time and date, my sleep quality over time, sunrise and sunset, the moon's status, log my exercise activities, check how many calories I've burned, have a compass, an altimeter, and a barometer, vibrating alarms so I can wake up on time silently, a calculator, and more.
I would never wear an analog watch. Seems completely useless.
