What I call "First Generation Atheists" have good lives and tell everyone "I never needed God to have a good / successful life", in the meantime their parents and grandparents were praying for them the whole time.
Once people become Third Generation Atheists, almost inevitably their life becomes objectively worse, because nobody is praying for them anymore.
Sometimes Satan will throw a bone to the ones who follow false prophets, but as a people they will not thrive.
If you are Christian, never ever pray for the welfare of your non Christian family or friends. Instead pray for their salvation, only through hardship can the non believer come to Jesus Christ.
