Nothing? The way society and biodiversity works is often to have tons of options. It's hard to quantify value as sometimes negative things could prove value in some edge case that could abruptly become relevant. Not the smartest? Maybe there's enough menial labor to do and being too smart might only mean depression if you have no calling etc. There's lots of weird gene shit we don't care about atm that might be good / bad and it's hard to decide the right way. Like don't be like Mao wanting to exterminate the 4 pests and ending up fucking millions of Chinese.

The way a lot of race focused people make up their dreams isn't based on concrete facts in the now or the future but rather in emotional fantasies about our history that was formed in a different low mobility environment.
