World governments started taking action against the use of tobacco when nano technology became a part of the structure of their rule.

The western country most notorious for forcing transhumanism on its civilians is Australia, Australia has unreasonable taxes on tobacco products to the point where a cheap pack of cigarettes costs $40 over there while vaping nicotine is heavily restricted by the state and the government is waging war against a booming black market for nicotine.

This transhumanistic war on nicotine is best seen in the world health organization and the overall stance of the forming world government against nicotine on all its forms of consumption. They actually plan to turn nicotine into an illegal drug if they ever manage to form their one world government.

>The bottom line is there is research showing that tobacco can boost many of our neurotransmitters and help us focus and think. Also, lung cancer rates have not decreased at the rate expected over the last 20 years.
From Google : Yes, tobacco use, specifically nicotine from tobacco, does increase the levels of certain neurotransmitters in the brain. Nicotine acts on nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) in the brain, triggering the release of various neurotransmitters, most notably dopamine, but also serotonin, norepinephrine, acetylcholine, GABA, and glutamate. This release of neurotransmitters contributes to the pleasurable and reinforcing effects of nicotine, which can lead to addiction.

Gut parasites are proven to influence mood and behaviour. A government created parasite shaping moods and behaviours would be...highly sought after.

The artificial parasite was probably developed back in the 90' or early 00's and it's use is to shape emotions and moods not brain activity or thoughts or stuff like that. But it's probably very sensitive to any form of pollution that enters the body and is in general more on the weaker side, because it's designed in a lab and not proven through survival in nature.
AI is something very new and targets people in a different way.

>AI is something very new
ai is fairly old. i suspect they have been using it to create a model of the world. a form of simulation that predicts how things will develop and change when interfered with. rockefeller was big in ai back then. in fact he sponsored the dartmouth summer research project on artificial Intelligence which actually coined the term artificial intelligence. oil companies have been actively using ai for decades. not only to predict where they could find oil but most importantly to do the predictive modeling of societies. obviously they didn't have the massive compute we have today so the ai they used was rather rudimentary but still powerful enough to give them an edge. btw the rockefeller foundation i mentioned before wasn't only interested in ai. they had a great interest in sciences that deal with human manipulation - of course everything just for the better of humanity.
