I should seriously stop using sites like 4chan and drastically reduce my time on sites like discord but my internet dopamine won't let me to. Help.

I tried living for 10 years without phone or internet it is a nightmare, you need distraction, try to cut the cable and internet of my parent they called the police nobody want to live in the real world, people white no access to netflix, youtube slope or videogame take fenth to forget the shitty state of the world they live in

I don't want to cut off myself completely from the internet. Besides lots of stuff can't be done without internet anymore. I just want to cut off myself from time wasters that won't even offer me any joy like 4chan scrooling.
