What are the implications for politics and current events in the nether?

Nether gets brain-drained as all the good ghasts leave the dimension.

Overworld experiences housing crisis from too many giant ghasts taking it all up.
Pigs and horses native to the overworld have their jobs displaced by ghast migrants.

I already have Elytra so who cares?

Ghasts still have a terrible reputation from all their "death to overworld" chanting.
