The UK culture secretary Lisa Nandy says that because of conscription chanting 'death to the IDF' is equivalent to calling for the death of every single Israeli Jew.

I don't agree with this.


I take it to mean a metaphorical death, so for instance its abolishment, which could be peaceful. Though I suppose it could also be a call for violent attacks.
