Yeah he knows a good pizza. So fucking what? I actually used to work at one of the places he reviewed and I knew it was a damn good new york style pizza we made. I didn't need some emotional jew to tell me it was good. It's simple: quality ingredients, crispy crust with no sag, don't put too much cheese or too many toppings on it, and eat it as freshly out of the oven as possible. Most of the shit pizza in the US is shit because americans are fat fucks who load up their food with way too much shit.
