Japan is already well-armed, which is sufficient for its defence. The USA and some right-wing Japanese people want to reinforce Japan's armaments so that it could commit acts of aggression. Whoever wrote the constitution, it was bought by the blood of our ancestors. Any military expansion by Japan would be blasphemous to all the victims (both Japanese and non-Japanese) of the previous war.
