>>509229691 (OP)all this shit can be re-added via reconciliation with the house bill. the house ultimately is the authority on budgetary bills, not the senate. it remains to be seen how much political will can be created to force through these kinds of changes in Congress, but as it stands, only cutting the US deficit by half is not a significant nor worthy outcome given the total control of the US governemnt attained by republicans after the last election.
the BBB as it stands today definitely represents a political failure.
