There's no housing crisis. There's just a crisis of retards moving to (((cities))). I live in a small town (40k population). I moved out when I was 18 and I've lived in my mother's childhood home since. Never paid rent in my life. There are a few university departments here and the people coming from big cities are baffled at how cheap the rent is.
The thing about there being jobs in cities is a lie. If you work in trades you can definitely find a job in rural areas (especially if it's a mining town or near a power plant or has a lot of pastures). You may even end up getting paid better from the lack of competition. If you have an office job there are thousands of online jobs you can get from all over the world.
Ditch the cities. Make full use of your country's land. It's that simple.
