There's no housing crisis. There's just a crisis of retards moving to (((cities))). I live in a small town (40k population). I moved out when I was 18 and I've lived in my mother's childhood home since. Never paid rent in my life. There are a few university departments here and the people coming from big cities are baffled at how cheap the rent is.

The thing about there being jobs in cities is a lie. If you work in trades you can definitely find a job in rural areas (especially if it's a mining town or near a power plant or has a lot of pastures). You may even end up getting paid better from the lack of competition. If you have an office job there are thousands of online jobs you can get from all over the world.

Ditch the cities. Make full use of your country's land. It's that simple.

What do you do in the cities?

I would never go to a restaurant. Seems retarded to pay someone to cook food that I can make myself. Is there anything else to do in the city?

That's the point.
You go to a restaurant and order a menu item once to see how it looks and tastes when prepared by (hopefully) an expert, then you use that knowledge at home later.

My town has many different restaurants and none of them are chain restaurants. That's one of the pros. It has small bars and nature to walk through. That's all I really want. Also, in cities you are surrounded by brown retards.

Music, theatre, cafes, restaurants, large social events, running/cycling, rowing, art gallery’s, bars, meet ups for any niche hobby
Cities are fun. And no, you can’t bake/cook something that professionals who’ve earned enough street cred to stay open downtown can
I’ve lived small town (slo/lymington) and big city (ny/london), both have their charm

All of this can be done at home where it's comfortable, air conditioned, and free of "people"
>art gallery’s,
Again, living in a city for an art gallery isn't worthwhile. Just travel.
>meet ups for any niche hobby
Why would I ever want to meet up with anyone? That's disgusting.

Nice job. Only two decent reasons to go to a city, and zero to actually live in one.

I get that feeling too.
Like if you are utterly incapable of cooking for yourself or you think "cooking" is reheating prepackaged slop, then any restaurant that has been around awhile is probably fantastic.

Restaurant cooking really isn't that complex or difficult, Basic things like marinating and brining go an extremely long way in getting things like meat up to par. It's just most home cooks don't really do prep work just for dinner.

The only crises we got is a bureaucrat crises.
England made the greatest middle class homes, and their retarded government made them illegal.
American cities are so bogged down that they can't build anything now. Everything is fucked. People are stuck paying fees and licenses, and shit is becoming impossible for a normal person to get any work done in reasonable time and under budget.

You're right. It totally sucks being in the rural areas. Please don't come here.

After a few years living in Silicon Valley, I moved out of California, bought a 30 acre rural parcel, built a house, and created a private walking/running path through the wooded area around the creek that goes through my property.

It's so boring here, I don't have any traffic, no restaurants, no noise, no HOA. Just the deer, the birds, the trees, the trout in the river. I have nothing to fucking do, like you say. Before I start my remote job, I have like two hours to do nothing but walk in the woods with my dogs, and tend to my garden. Sometimes I get so bored, I just take my little two-seater and drive around the winding country roads with no traffic.

Sucks here bro. You stay where you are, you have a great thing going in the city.

Don't like people who choose to not participate in the rat race?

Like, I'm legitimately asking because its been a few occurrences where someone has a complaint that something like internet sucks in some rural location it its always someone coping an attitude on how you should pay 2-3x in living costs just for better internet.
