After searching through archives, this is as close as it gets, before you send that weird blue glowie one, that was figured out years ago but no one remembered, it was just a changed saturation and color snapshot of some peruvian guy who recorded videos of going through caves. Was figured out on some /x/ thread years back, you can find it if you want. But yeah, as close as it gets, found it this is as compelte as it gets, I remembered seeing the standard Desert Alien Pic on some altchan years back, before I knew about this whole thing, never saw it again. Looked a bit like the misty ayy, but yeah

I saved like 10 different 'alien in the desert' pictures over the years, some more some less obviously photoshopped. Haven't seen this one, though. At this point I'm convinced that one must be real. I'd even go as far as to say that there are other real alien pictures that were sometimes posted alongside in those threads, which showed different places and aliens
