Highest level of exposure was 70s kids, lead dumbed down niggers even more that led to crime wae of late 80s early 90s in USA. Boomers were either born before most highways were built and cars were sold or in the very beginning where they didn't get as much exposure. Americans obviously got the worst of it because they have the most automobiles.
