Stopped at Poland and basically just held it and dug in. Told Italy and Japan not to be retards. France and GB would have tired of fighting pretty quickly and the US wouldn't have gotten involved to save the day.

He should have waited for the Soviet Union to inevitably make a move on eastern Europe (probably the Baltics), and then intervene as a liberator, care about optics and cooling it with the war crimes, and then push psychological warfare in the West so they don't support the USSR.

He was doomed the moment he invaded Poland. The world realized he wouldn't stop unless stopped by force when he took Czechia just because he could and invading any country after that for whatever reason would 100% mean war. He bit off more than he could chew, choked and destroyed his country with himself.

The thing is the Germs were propped up by the Soviets, Stalin wanted war so had no problem arming Germany after they were disarmed post ww1. The Soviets knew precisely what the Germans had.

Give Poland, Norway, Finland, and Sweden to the USSR. Focus on just western Europe. Don't let the Japs bomb Pearl Harbor until the UK is gone then once you have atomics deal with the USA assuming they haven't joined your side already.

Yes.
1 - By getting into a deal with Spain for Gibraltar, which would have given him access to the Mediterranean. This did not happen because Franco and Hitler were not on friendly terms despite public appearances.
2 - By recalling the 6th army when it was obvious the Russians were doing a Napoleon bait 2.0. I cannot even come up with reasons for why Hitler simply let them die.
For the Axis to have won, deescalation was mandatory as the pure numbers game was utterly unsalvageable with Russia willing to send their 11-year-olds as meat shields to the front lines.

Also imagine if the USA joined the Axis for WW2 what the post world would look like. No Mao because Japan would control china. No Cold War because the Germans would have nuded Stalingrad and Moscow. No Jihad because the Axis would have conquered the middle east to control all the oil. No Mexico as Hilter would want the USA to take control of all of NA. No leaf posters for the same reason. No Israel as it would be Italian, Turkish, or German.

The only realistic way Hitler could’ve won is if the Soviet-German Axis talks were successful and the U.S.S.R. became an Axis power alongside Italy and Japan. Without active U.S. involvement, the British would’ve certainly been forced into surrender. The four powers could’ve then divided the Empire’s remains among themselves however they wished. Unfortunately this never would’ve happened because Hitler was an ideologically-driven meth head

Hitler’s best bet would be to keep Italy out of the war and basically play the part of Spain as a axis friendly, but uninvolved state while not getting over invested in Japan since neither side got much out of that.

Germany gets to keep a political bloc in the mainland of Europe, but without having to go chance failed campaigns on italy’s behalf and Japan begin a time bomb. So Hitler can just bunker up in Europe and wait the English out while bracing for the Soviets to maybe do something or he can try his hand at Barbarossa knowing southern Europe is significantly more secure and Germany doesn’t have to devote to Africa

The German and Soviet military industry were pretty interconnected until roughly Hitler’s second year in office when things deteriorated and the Germans pulled out of most deals and discussions with the USSR.

Shortly before the invasion of the USSR when Soviet and German relations opened back up one while touring one of the German tank plants some minister I can’t remember off the top of my head accused the Germans of hiding their heavy tanks and finding what they where showing pretty pitiful. It genuinely shocked the Germans the Soviets where unimpressed at their tanks and it helped jump start the heavy tank program that had been stalling out

There are many reasons Germany lost, nothing is set in stone, but Hitler was awfully close at winning at specific points, he just needed a bit more luck.

If he beat the Soviet Union (which he got within a hair) then he probably would've won the war. Even with American help, D-Day would've been nearly impossible if the Germans had more resources for defense.
