I remember right before the war with Hezbollah ended, Hezbollah just blasted Haifa like crazy, and some 70+% of the city fled south.

If anything close to that happens here, even 10-20% of the population, it puts huge pressure on Israel.
And think about how many people in Haifa right now are just going to say fuck it, and move out of Israel to start life over while they still have a little bit of savings left.
