You could recognize that Russia had every reason to stop NATO Ukraine from happening by attacking it, but that'd require you to first mentally mature enough to recognize that Russia has national security needs too and that NATO newcomers were actively courted by the USA. Funny how antipathy coupled with selective memory loss works, huh?
I personally don't care if you like or dislike Trump, but it looks to me like he's actually trying to not have another world war because the USA obviously can't afford two major peer-competitor conflicts at once.
Eastward NATO expansion was an American-manufactored tactical mistake. You'd have to be daft and historically ignorant to think that the NATO newcomers joined only because of their own volition.
