Can someone explain to me why landlords, people who do not generate anything, but simply allow people to exist at their own expense is the only reliable way to generate income in the United States?
We're almost at the point where it's no longer viable to generate wealth through services, production, or public services. But real estate, something that is readily available and produces nothing, is gated off and created into a commodity through government institutions. Furthermore, it also destroys our ability to have representation since a person who is homeless, cannot vote.
