>>509294106>>509295308One I had to deal with recently was a natural blonde.
>>509294233How many Gen z even know how to clean a spill on a country? Pretty much every boomer grew up doing chores. Houses had carpets to vacuum. There were no self cleaning ovens. Or maids coming in once a week.
>>509296908>>509298758How is it that someone straight off the plane from Nigeria or some desert hole in the middle east can manage simple retail interactions better than someone born and raised here? No screen addiction. Maybe us old folk need to develop some app that gives orders to these zombified, over medicated zoom zooms.
It's really kind of disturbing dealing with one of these robots, where all you want to do is order a sandwich and they just stand behind the counter like they're inanimate and you have to prompt them for each step. I could've gone to the manager or found a sentient coworker but couldn't be bothered, just found a place in the next town over.
I blame their parents and teachers, not them, though, as they obviously has a terrible upbringing.
Gen X must be the worst parents in history.
>>509299110>>509299261Boomers had way more restrictions growing up. No smoking weed, no friends or the opposite sex over, 'my house my rules' was the saying, complaining about boredom meant you were sent to clean out the gutters or attic cobwebs do some other unpleasant chore that people now pay other people to do. No video games, no Internet, telephone use was restricted, three channels on TV and books were expensive. Parents didn't double as chauffeurs - you wanted to get someplace you found your own way to and fro.
All while hearing stories about how their parents had to haul water from a river and wash clothes by hand.
>>509299369Old people have always been like that.
>>509299396That's the point half the people on this thread seem to be missing.
