Poland's main right-wing party proposed a total ban on entry to Poland for people from the Middle East and Africa.

It is first of all a response to unfriendly acts from Germany who "deport" their Middle Eastern/African immigrants to Poland (by just pushing them through the border to the Polish side) even though they cannot even prove that these people came to Germany through Poland.

The problem is being solved by Germany leaving the EU treaties, in essence border nations like Poland Greece and Italy are sending their migrants to other Countries via EU treaties and the EU law forbids Germany fighting against it whereas German LAW does not.

TLDR we need to leave the treaty and leave the migrants to the border states like Poland not our problem.

Funny how they all end up in Germany, they don't materialize and teleport to Germany. They are going through Poland the Balkans Italy Greece and Spain.

International law states that if they seek asylum the first safe Country they touch is the Country that needs to process the application and not let them roam through the EU to Germany and then protest against actions when Germany inevitably does somenthing against it.

Except you don't even know if they came through Poland. They usually don't have any documents and won't tell you where they came from obviously. So it's just German police making stuff up so they can push them out of Germany.

Europe will never be saved until you can deport all actual naturalized citizens who immigrated in after 2012. I would only deport the dregs though, which would be a huge majority of them.

It's literally this in most cases. Guaranteed entry to any EU country if you don't have papers and lie where you're from. Some EU kike laws were designed to be exploited this way. We HAVE to take them in if they just lie how they'll be jailed or killed in their "home country".
