This is just another manifestation of the competency crisis. This retard thinks his job is to prevent a line from going down, kind of similar to how economists focus on “growth” as a principle and not as a means to an end. It’s a cargo cult. The men in this man’s position 50 years ago understood their primary directive. But he only sees the numbers. And he wants to keep the numbers high without investing anything into manufacturing. So he restricts the use of our stockpiles to… well, kikes, because kikes can outbid Ukrainians. The man focused solely on numbers obviously just wants to make as much money as possible for himself. He obviously has no ideology either. He got into his position by pushing pencils and sucking the right cocks, whereas his predecessors were selected for competence in warfare against the Soviets.
