I am currently down 20lbs over the last 6 months, simply doing portion control and eating cleaner.
I was only 195lb but my goal weight is 165lb unless I can manage to put on enough muscle to make 170-175 look good.
The point is to get low bodyfat I guess. And I've found the process to be mostly easy.
The social benefit for me will be pretty low. For a woman it's like getting a $80k raise. I have NO idea why women aren't all thin. It literally makes them 10x more valuable.
