because employers go bankrupt if they hire people who don't know basic math

Here we are completely kiked. They request experience have to be younger than 30. Need s university degree for the most basic basic jobs and even then pay is shit. Your average university wagie is getting around 900 USD a month. And when you do have the experience and the degree. They'll give you some shit excuse to pay you shit or not hire you. Only job, you just call and show up here are call center's. That shit is basically slavery.

Because businesses would rather work 1 worker to death than hire 2 workers to actually get shit done on time. Remember, Capitalism exists to make money by any means. If the destruction of the world is profitable they'd bid for who gets to make the big red button.

Because the overwhelming majority of jobs are fake and unneeded. The industrial revolution gave us many tools that speed up or automate massively every necessary work we can think off.

Once, because recruiting was a disaster at a former company of mine, I was asked to take over despite not being a recruiter by trade.
>I threw out the interview system they were using because it was irrelevant to the jobs we hired for
>Met with the endpoint managers for each role to build a hiring profile for their program
>Actively sourced from the local area rather than just sitting waiting for indeed applications
>Face to face interviews only, refused to interview potential rehires and serial quitters, never refused someone over resume or irrelevant 'qualifications' alone.
I had a blast, my team was happy, and I created the best recruiting pipeline the place had seen in years.
>Throughput, manager satisfaction through the rough and attrition down significantly
Just after COVID I was asked to move to a different, more prestigious role with better pay so I did...but I asked everyone to swear they wouldn't just let my department get turned back into the same shithole it was before.

Didn't even take 6 months for the new blood to burn it all to the ground. In a year it was the same assembly of overpaid do-nothings as every other TA depatment.
We don't hate HR enough.

Some of it is stealth advertising to get people to try and get those jobs, some of it is just to make people feel like things are going good.
The rest are just individuals who have either found their way to very high paying jobs usually through corruption or preferential treatment, who don't realize the reality for less fortunate people.

I believe you.
I've heard a lot of good things about russia from general people.
Always think about an interview too from a while back, where they were asking people who lived during the soviet union to compare their lifestyles to after and the general consensus was: "We had limited options but could afford all of it, then we had unlimited options and could afford none of them."
I also worked with a russian immigrant at one point, she was very pretty. Anyway I was on lunch break and watching the news and for whatever reason our news was reporting that Putin was going to boost birth rates by giving new parents an SUV.
I went back to work and told her about it and she just flatly goes "it is a lie".
She was nice to work with but got fired for stealing but that's a whole side story.

Yep similar experience
I would also headhunt people who were hired out of school and worked at a different company for 5-10 years
every single time these people were undervalued because their intial salary was dogshit since "hey it is your first job" and they never asked for a substanial raise
at every interview I would also add
>"You are going to go to your manager and tell him about our offer and he will offer to give you even more. Fuck him he knew you were valuable but kept you underpaid"
