Why do ethnic people play their music so loud? Late at night I'll just hear through my window someone blasting hindi music through the phone as they walk down the street. Or I'll hear pakimusic blaring out of a car

less sophisticated people want to socialize more, they always want to do communal things, festivites, eat together... They always hint that in documentaries how those cultures are friendly, festive, always joyful etc
I heard that in US some people will go to their car to eat their lunch in peace. Here they would be gossiped as an absolute weirdo.
