It would be much easier with the Red-Fan Parrot and Black-Headed Parrot since they are from Sister Genera. A Chinese Man accidentally crossed a White-Bellied Parrot (Sister species to Black-Headed Parrot) and a Sun Conure, a completely different species. My idea hasn't been done before though.
