This case was thrown the Kennedy connected DA when the DA's timeline was all fucked up.

No legit DA goes into court with a TIMELINE that don't add up. Their TL might get rekt during trial when people bring up new shit, but they have to at least start out with a Time Line that doesn't re-write the Laws of Time and Physics.

2004 lawsuit
