Sure but I'm talking about literature/speeches/"propaganda"/etc. It's easy for most people to dismiss claims like "Jews run the banks" or "Jews run the world" etc. as conspiracy theories, but there's no question that at least outside of Africa, circumcision is of Jewish origin and that Jews proudly practice it.
