The PTA president told me that the NYC DOE "lost" $85 million over the previous decade (told me in 2017), and said that this would not be released to the media (and the media wouldn't report it anyway), that this shit happened all the time with disbursement of DOE funds to Bronx borough. The kids were used as pawns to get more money.

It's a tragedy what's being done to the young. I kicked a student out of class for being disruptive, and the administration told me I couldn't do that. Guess what happened with that student? He stopped being disruptive and did his work the remainder of the year.
