Pills doesn't necessarily mean potent drugs. I use an organizer for supplements: fish oil caps, vit D pills and so on.

GenX here and prone to succumbing to the punk rawk throughout my life, yet I take zero pills. My knees hurt though, so every six months or so I get cortisone injections. I know people far younger than myself that have a bevy of Rx to take on the daily. Don't do drugs m'kay and don't be a fat pig and you should be fine until your late 60s at least.
