you dont do this already? very easy with wrt. might as well add the adblockers too if youre going to load RBLs you can get some nice features beyond geoIP blocking.

run it on the router and use em all. works best with dns over https proxying and all the lists your router can load. nicest part is getting a dns report--very easy to spot the fuck fuckery on your endpoints when some chicken shit smart tv or whatever ends up compromised or opted in to ad harvesting.
