>>509375922>normalizing pre marital sex then, divorce, then faggotry.Checked but this is simplistic and not the main cause. Premarital sex, divorce, and even faggotry itself were all pretty normalized by the late 80s/early 90s. Transgenderism didn't hit full swing til the late 2000s or really the early/mid 2010s.
And if you really want to get into it. Even being a tranny was itself accepted, at least within gay/faggotry circles way back in the 1950s and 60s. Like, there were trannies and crossdressers back then, even if they were relatively small in number. Any faggot or LGTQ activist worth their salt will tell you that the modern "gay rights" movement started in 1969 with the Stonewall Riots in New York City and they will mention that Drag Queens/Crossdressers/Trannies (they were all the same thing back then) were a big part of these riots and this moment in gay history.
And yet, transgenderism did not proliferate until decades later. 99% of trannies before the 2000s were basically what we could call Tranvestites or Crossdressers. They would dress like women and stuff but they wouldn't actually get their balls chopped off. And women who got rid of their tits were practically unheard of. Yet this changed in the late 2000s.
pic related goes into more detail. I haven't read the book. But the gist is that it's largely pharmaceutical. You see, back in the 90s, Big Pharma companies were selling Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) basically estrogen pills, to menopausal and post-menopausal women. A 50 year old woman going thru menopause could take HRT and feel normal and not so fucked up, and this was considered and effective treatment for menopause.
Well, turned out that HRT caused cancer in menopausal women. And once this was proven, in the mid 2000s, the FDA banned HRT as a treatment for post-menopausal women. But they didn't ban it entirely. And these pharmaceutical companies began aggressively marketing HRT to wannabe trannies. Wallah, mass trannyism
