With the Latinos & Blacks of this country. Like it or not, there's too many of them to actively do something without either disrupting this entire nation into collapse or destroying the country economically beyond repair. We have too many enemies in the world to pick fights with such a large number of our citizens. Doing so with so many enemies just pushes us into a certain future where our enemies will take advantage of our tribal infighting and we collapse.
