My company is doing that too. They'll work for like $30,000 a year. That's worse than the entry level positions we have for people who just got out of prison.

I regularly hire low level Linux kernel developers and I have gotten one, unqualified resume from an actual american applicant ever. HR droids made me interview another super unqualified black dude from a local community college, but I don't know if I've ever found anyone with knowledge of what an interrupt is, or what CPU isolation is, or what realtime scheduler classes are who was educated in the US. Tech curricula were so diluted here by legions of retarded zoomers and women who didn't spend a second of their high school days poring over source code or hacking some IRC server and just got into it because it was "easy money" or whatever. Now we have a generation of dispassionate people who are all about to get BTFO by LLMs that can easily shit out middling to decent code far faster and easier than a human who has a 50/50 shot at misinterpreting your Jira if you're not so detailed in mocking up what you want that you may as well have done it yourself. So yeah, we get a lot of jeets and chinese, Russians too. Ironically a lot of female devs from the latter because the commies actually forced women into legitimate engineering programs and shit instead of creating pointless make-work positions for them and spending half a CS degree learning about "product management at the intersection of trans female african dance studies"

The best part is I got a mail from HR literally yesterday saying the H1B kid I hired saying that he was selected for an immigration "inspection". He's making 250k btw. It's not even that H1Bs are economical anymore. It's that I quite literally have never interviewed an american who passes muster except the dudes I've been dragging around from firm to firm for 15 years.

This is unsustainable in the long run. I work remotely at an american company, and they started replacing all americans with indians. I had no clue until now of how stupid and incompetent the pajeets really are. They show no common sense whatsoever, no critical thinking, they just follow orders that they half ass understood. Everything is done incorrectly on their side, the rest of us hs to fix what these idiots break. We started to have a lot of client complaints, and the fact that the department that addresses this was also run by indians made it even worse. The company had to backtrack and hire americans for the complains department again, because it was chaos. Now the morale at the company is super low, nobody is doing anything, because what is the point if the pajeets will ruin it anyway. If all the companies start hiring pajeets, expect lower quality in everything you buy and all the services you rent.

Tech is stuck in a self fulfilling prophecy. The decades of H1B abuse has made tech undesirable enough that no westerner bothers with it.
I've seen the same thing happen with farming. (I do a lot of tech works in farms).
The Gov used to give seasonal I employment for farmhands and seasonal harvesters, so the work used to be done by westerners.
Then that got cut out, so westerners simply could not work those jobs, since their rent and other cost of living aren't seasonal.
This went on for long enough that no westerner, even kids in HS, consider doing any harvest work anymore so farmers HAVE to get TFWs.

All this was caused by Government policy purposefully cutting westerners out of an industry.

White people won't do anything about it.
