1. Any power imbalance is inherently bad and oppressive
2. An older man has more power than a younger woman

(1) is obviously not true. Power can be used benevolently and responsibly. A relationship with a power imbalance can benefit the party with less power.
(2) is also not true. An older man might have more money but in Western countries the law always favors the woman no matter what age. Using the law against the man trumps whatever money he might have
