Make up a bunch of certifications that sound like they apply to your chosen field. Better yet, just claim real certifications. No one actually verifies those are real.
90 percent of jobs can be learned in a week with hands on training. Just have something on your resume that sets you apart from others and catches the employers eye. Once you have a foot in the door, fake it till you make it.

This is the one case where AI is useful.

Take your baseline resume and the description of the job you want to apply to. Ask the AI to do an ATS version of your resume that aligns with the job description. Do this dozens of times for different/similar positions until you get a response.

Other than that, entry level positions are essentially gone, but those job descriptions are still wish lists.

Alternatively, I’ve heard of anons saying they have certs that they don’t and then working to get those certs if they get the job/learning on the go.
