Fasting is the best way to lose weight because when you stop eating you literally experience withdrawal symptoms which should be a wakeup call to you on what you've been eating. Afterwards all you need to realize is that hungry is exactly how you should be feeling because your body will go into self repair mode and that self repair mode feels exactly like being hungry. And then after a week of fasting you start slowly by eating nothing but meat. First as a broth and then you up your way to raw beef, cooked beef, grilled beef. Then you add butter and eggs and eventually you get tired of it and you add vegetables like peppers and broccoli and courgettes. Then you add fish like salmon. Then you add nuts. But whatever the fuck you do you do not consume starch like rice, potatoes, corn, pasta, bread, wheat, etc. Also no sugar of course, but your body will no longer need it.
When you relapse you go back to fasting for a week and start over. Weight will drop so fast you will have to start eating more so you don't get flabby skin cause the weight drops to fast.
