Scared of ticks?

here is my tip: use cosmetics that have black cumin. Especially black cumin oil.

I use it. Spend lots of time in forest, high grass close to forest: feasting grounds of ticks. Only time I got some was when I was out of black cumin. My dog instead gets lot of them.

You can use pure black cumin oil, thou I would advice to mix it 1:1 with some other oil, argan oil is good for skin and hair but it is a bit pricey. you might want to use sth cheaper. The smell might be not high class but it gets job done and also provides some additional health benefits.

A chronic lymes is basically one big walking drain on their system. They aren't that much at risk of dying, the cost of finding and controlling the disease is too much. They're the worst type of person to dip into the system so in America especially, it's treated as a mental illness.
