We did the family geneology and it was people being born and dieing in the same region for 500 years. I am born in the same city as my ancestors 500 years ago. Also we did dna tests and it was 99% western European and 1% scandinavian.

Some ethnicities have been maintained for much longer than 1000 years already, like jews. IF jews don’t get genocided again they will easily maintain their race for another 1k years. Ashkenazi jews often achieve 100% purity on dna tests.
Honestly Tunisians and Mongolians too because they are not being replaced by mass migration and inhabit a corner of the earth that is not heavily contested.
